Inclusions per Staycation Voucher:

• Voucher can be used only by the person in whose name the same is issued.
• It is applicable for 2 adults  and one child (below the age of 5 years)
• It includes breakfast for 2 Adults & 1 Child (up to 5 Years) at The St. Regis Mumbai’s All Day Dining venue Seven Kitchens.     
• Complimentary Internet/Wi - fi access.
• Access to The Athletic Club & Swimming Pool (subject to Government guided norms)
• Early will be check-in by 3 pm and late check-out by 12 pm.
• Costumer can Check-in on all weekdays or weekends, subject to availability (prior reservations mandatory as set out herein below).
• Access to all dining venues.

General Terms and Conditions of Staycation Voucher/Certificate:

• Room booking is subject to availability and advance booking is mandatory
• Voucher/Certificate does not transfer any right, title or interest to the customer of any value.
• Customers must present the Bill/s at promotional desk of the said Mall and applicability of the offer will be as per discretion of PML.
• The customer associate appointed by PML will check the bill value and verify the customer’s ID proof. Post verification of total amount, the Customer Associate will hand over a voucher to the customer and stamp the customer’s bill with a “Voucher Issued” mark.
• Voucher/Certificate shall be valid for staycation offer from the period from 1^st September, 2024 till 30^th June 2025 .   
• The Voucher/Certificate should be strictly used within the validity period mentioned on the said Voucher/Certificate and cannot be extended.
• Customer shall contact the Hotel and make booking to avail the Staycation offer and Voucher cannot be redeemed without pre- booking at the Hotel.
• Redemption of the Voucher is permissible between 1^st September, 2024 till 30^th July 2025 save and except on Black-out Days mentioned below and as per the terms and conditions of the Hotel. 
• Voucher/Certificate cannot be redeemed during Black-out Days as set by the hotel and shall be shared at the time of reservation request.
• Voucher/Certificate cannot be redeemed during Black-out Days i.e. 25th December 2024, , 31st December 2024 and 1st  January 2025  and such other dates as and when applicable from time to time. Additional black-out dates may apply during festive seasons
• Redemption of the Voucher shall be as per the terms and conditions of the said Hotel.
• Only one Voucher/Certificate will be given per customer (above 21 years) per day and not in multiples in case he/she shops for more than stipulated amount as above. For e.g. If the shopping is Rs. 5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lakh Only) in total on a single bill/multiple bills, the guest would be entitled to receive ONE voucher only.
• Customer is permitted to club bills from different stores/restaurants with a total bill of Rs.2,50,000 to avail the staycation offer (For Jewellery combine bill will be of Rs. 4,00,000).
• Voucher is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be encashed or resold to PML.
• Voucher cannot be reissued/replaceable in case of loss or theft.
• This certificate/Voucher is non-refundable, and is not exchangeable for cash in part or in whole.
• The customer must be present while availing the staycation offer with the valid photo id proofs.
• Voucher redemption is subject to availability of rooms in the said Hotel.
• Prior reservations are mandatory.
• Original voucher to be presented on arrival at the said Hotel.
• Photocopy of the Voucher is not accepted by PHLL.
• The customer will only be able to avail the staycation offer on the next day of shopping.
• Customers can claim staycation offer for bills issued to them in the period of 1^st September, 2024 till 30^th June, 2025.
• Room in the Hotel must be booked and the entire length of stay must occur from the period of 1^st September, 2024 till 30^th June, 2025. (both days inclusive).
• Voucher/Certificate used by any person other than the recipient named is invalid and void.
• Voucher/certificate cannot be duplicated and will not be accepted if altered in any way
• Customer is responsible for any expenses not covered in the Voucher and may be required to provide a credit card for excess or incidental charges incurred at the said Hotel.
• Voucher is issued without any payment or consideration from the customer.
• The staycation offer cannot be clubbed with any other discounts, privileges and/or any other Voucher may be issued by PML and PHLL.
• Customer shall present same identification while redeeming the staycation offer at Hotel that was presented while accepting the Voucher from PML.
• The staycation offer is not valid on purchases from Sai service,  Bajaj, KTM, Jewellery and Electronics category.
• PML reserves its right to withdraw or cancel the offer at its discretion without any prior intimation to customers.
• No reverse credit is allowed & this certificate is for one time use only.
• This certificate is valid during the stay only. It cannot be used separately.
• If customer does not turned up after making booking, then in that event the voucher shall be considered as utilized.
