Of Italian-Indian descent, Andrea understood early in life (some of which was spent living in Thailand) that he wanted to travel the world, enjoy life through spontaneous adventures and eat like a God! And that’s exactly what he has been doing!
Andrea and us (his team) travel to different parts of the world to indulge in native cuisines. We pick the most memorable dishes and spend hours perfecting recipes to share with you!
We’ve understood over the past 20 years (when we opened our first restaurant), that the key to creating amazingly delicious food is to use only the freshest and top-notch ingredients, to cook with an honest heart, and to have genuine respect for our customers. This philosophy from the get-go and an uncompromising attitude towards quality has been the key to our success.
