MEMBER'S PARKING
Because a luxury mall experience begins at the parking lot
Plan your next visit using Phoenix Nhance, at Phoenix Palladium & we'll reserve a parking slot just for you.
- Download Phoenix Nhance from your App store
- Sign up and become Nhance Member
- Click on Members Parking button on the Home Screen
- Click on Book Member’s Parking
- Select your arrival time slot for the day
- Add your vehicle number below or select your car if it is already added
- Click on Book Members Parking
- Your booking details will be displayed on screen, Click on confirm
- That’s it, you will get your parking ticket on your screen, show the same at P5 parking and park your car in the specially designated member's parking area.
Please note: Your parking slot remains active for 30 mins only. If you do not use your allotted parking ticket within 30 mins of booking, your slot expires & you would have to re-book your parking slot.
